For small businesses

Keep your blog going without a second job

For owners and one-person marketing teams with a blog that went quiet. Blog AI looks at what people already search for when they find you, tells you which posts to write or fix, drafts them in your voice with sources it has checked, and publishes them to your WordPress site.

You choose the topics and read every post. Blog AI does the legwork, then shows you what each post did.

Sign in with Google, no card needed. The free plan includes a content audit and one free post once Search Console has synced and you've set your voice. Plans from $49/month.

Why small-business blogs go quiet

It isn’t laziness. A useful post takes a topic worth writing about, a few hours of research and writing, then formatting, a featured image, the SEO fields and publishing. Then nobody tells you whether it worked, so the next one is harder to justify.

Blog AI takes the parts that don’t need you: picking topics from data, research, the first draft, checking sources, formatting and publishing, and measuring. It leaves you the parts that do: deciding, adding what only you know, and saying yes.

What Blog AI does for you

Tells you what to write

The Actions page ranks posts to write or fix by the extra clicks a month each could bring, from your own Search Console data.
Search opportunities

Writes in your voice

Learned from 3 or more of your posts, or described in your own words if you're starting out.
Voice learning

Checks its sources

Every cited claim is checked against its source. A statistic its source doesn’t support can’t be published until you resolve it.
Fact-checking

Publishes to your site

Straight to WordPress with categories, tags, featured image and Yoast or Rank Math fields, now or on a schedule.
Blog AI for WordPress

Shows what each post did

Clicks, impressions and visits for every post, with before-and-after comparisons, and a weekly email when there’s news.
Performance tracking

Fixes what’s slipping

Posts losing traffic are flagged, and a refresh rewrites only the parts that need it. The address never changes.

A week with Blog AI

Here’s what a normal week looks like once your site and Google are connected.

Monday: see what changed

If there’s news, the weekly email lists the posts that moved most and what’s waiting for you. Open Blog AI: Home shows your top three actions, and the Actions page lists the rest. At the top might be a post sitting just off page one for a search that gets real traffic, a post that has started losing clicks, or a question people search for that you have no post about. Each item shows the numbers and one action.

Pick one and start it

Click Generate on a new-post idea (or type your own topic). The writer researches it on the web, looks at what your site already ranks for and which of your posts it should link to, and drafts it in your voice. It takes a few minutes, and you don’t need to wait on the page. Then a separate check reads every source it cited.

Read it and make it yours

Open the draft. Add the example from last month’s job, your price range, your opinion. If a claim is flagged because its source doesn’t say what the draft says, fix it, swap the source, or confirm it. Check the Google preview of the title and description.

Publish or schedule

Publish now, or pick a date and time. The post goes to WordPress as a normal post, so it looks like the rest of your blog.

A few weeks later: see what it did

The post’s page shows its clicks, impressions and visits since it went live. If it’s nearly on page one but not quite, it will show up on your Actions page with a suggestion.

Start free

You can see what Blog AI finds on your own site before you pay anything. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card.

  • A content audit of every published post, with one recommended action each.
  • Your list of what to write or fix, ranked by estimated extra clicks: the top three on Home, the rest on the Actions page.
  • The performance report for your whole site, with Search Console and GA4 side by side.
  • One AI-visibility snapshot: up to 5 questions based on your searches, asked to an AI assistant once, to see whether it mentions you.
  • One free post (worth 3 credits) once Search Console has synced and you've set your voice. One per person and per Search Console property, for new accounts.

What you still do

Blog AI is not a content farm, and it won’t publish anything on its own. You:

  • choose which ideas become posts, or bring your own topics;
  • read each draft, and add what only you know;
  • resolve any fact-check flag before the post can go out;
  • press publish, or set the schedule.

That review is also the honest reason the posts are good: the research and structure come from Blog AI, and the experience comes from you.

The plan that fits most small businesses

The plan that fits

Starter

$49 a month

  • 40 credits a month: enough for 13 researched, fact-checked posts at 3 credits each, or a mix of posts, refreshes and ideas.
  • 1 site, each with its own publishing and Google connections.
  • 10 tracked AI-assistant questions per site, asked every week.
  • Unused credits roll over to the next month. Email support.

One site is all most small businesses need. Starter covers a steady rhythm of new posts with room for refreshes and ideas, and the free plan’s audit, Actions list and reports carry on as before.

What it doesn’t do

  • It doesn’t publish without you. Every post is reviewed and published by you.
  • It doesn’t promise rankings or traffic. It shows you what each post actually did.
  • It isn’t an SEO suite: no backlinks, rank tracking for keywords you type in, or technical site audits.
  • It doesn’t write your service or product pages. It reads them, to link to them and to spot gaps.

Questions from small businesses

How much of my time does it take?

Setting up takes one sitting: add your site, connect Google, and check the voice Blog AI learned. After that, your time goes on choosing what to write and reading each draft before it goes out. Blog AI does the research, drafting, source-checking, formatting and publishing.

I'm not a writer. Will the posts sound like me?

If you have 3 or more posts, Blog AI learns your voice from them: sentence length, tone, words you use and words you avoid. If you're starting fresh, you describe how you want to sound in your own words. Either way you can read and edit the voice profile, and you edit every post before it's published.

Will it know my business?

It knows what it can read: your existing posts and pages, what people search for when they find you, and public sources on the web. It doesn't know your prices, your customers or what happened in your shop last week. Adding that in the editor is what makes a post yours, and it's the best use of your review time.

Will Google penalise AI-written posts?

Google's published guidance is that it rewards helpful content however it's produced, and acts against content made mainly to manipulate rankings. Blog AI is built for the first: posts start from real searches, cite their sources, and you review them. We don't promise rankings; we show you what each post did.

My blog isn't on WordPress. Can I still use it?

Blog AI publishes to WordPress and Strapi today. Shopify is coming soon, with a waiting list. If your site runs on something else, the free blog audit still works, and you can tell us which platform you need.

What if I stop?

Everything Blog AI published stays on your site: they're ordinary posts you own. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time; unused credits roll over and don't expire. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.
