Where Blog AI connects

Blog AI does two things with other services: it publishes to your website’s CMS (the system your blog runs on), and it reads your Google data to decide what to write and to measure what happened.

Every connection is per site, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.

Publish to your site

WordPress

Publish and schedule posts with categories, tags, featured image and your Yoast or Rank Math fields. Connect with an application password; one optional plugin for Yoast.

Strapi

Publish into your articles collection with SEO fields, featured image, category and tags. Connect with an API token; partial schemas are handled.

Webhook (Zapier, Make or your own endpoint)

For any other system: each finished post is sent as signed JSON, with HTML and Markdown bodies, SEO fields and a featured image link. Works with Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server; no importing of existing posts.

Read your Google data

Google Search Console

Read-only. The searches you appear for, your clicks and positions: the source of your Actions list, your audit and per-post measurement.

Google Analytics 4

Read-only and optional. Organic visits, engagement and key events for each post: what readers did after the click.

How connections work

One site, its own connections

Each site in Blog AI has one publishing connection (WordPress, Strapi or a webhook) and can have its own Google account for Search Console and Analytics. That means an agency can connect each client’s Google account to that client’s site, and a business with two websites can keep their data apart.

Tested before saving

Every connection is tested when you add it and when you change it. WordPress must let your user publish; Strapi must accept the token; Google must list the property you pick and it must cover your site’s address. If a test fails, you see why before anything is saved. A webhook gets a test delivery when you add it, and you see what it answered.

Safe by default

Blog AI only connects to public https addresses and re-checks every redirect, so a connection can’t be pointed at a private network. Credentials live in an encrypted vault and are only read by our servers. More on our security page.

When something breaks

If a password changes or Google access is withdrawn, Blog AI tells you on Home (and by email for Google). Fix connection on the Sites page takes new details without losing your posts, ideas or data, and connection troubleshooting explains every message and how to fix it.

Questions about integrations

Which platforms can Blog AI publish to?

WordPress (connected with an application password) and Strapi (connected with an API token) directly. Anything else through a webhook: Blog AI sends each finished post to Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server, and from there it can go anywhere those tools can reach. Shopify is coming soon; you can join the waiting list.

Can one account have a WordPress site and a Strapi site?

Yes. Each site has its own publishing connection and its own Google connection. Without a plan you can connect 1 site; plans include up to 10.

Where are my passwords and tokens kept?

WordPress application passwords, Strapi tokens and Google access are stored in an encrypted vault, readable only by our servers when they act for you. They are never sent to your browser, and never shown again after you save them.

Can I use Blog AI without connecting Google?

You can connect a site, import your posts, learn your voice and write about your own topics. But the parts that make Blog AI different, the Actions list, the audit, per-post measurement and the free post, all need Search Console.

Is there an API, Zapier app or webhook?

There is a webhook: connect a site with a webhook URL and each finished post is sent to it as signed JSON, which Zapier (Webhooks by Zapier), Make, n8n or your own server can receive. There is no public API or Zapier app yet; tell us what you'd connect through the contact page.

Start with the data you already have

Sign in with Google, no card needed. The free plan includes a content audit and one free post once Search Console has synced and you've set your voice. Plans from $49/month.
