Features
Everything Blog AI does
For business owners and small agencies who want a blog that earns its keep. Blog AI finds what to write or fix in your own Search Console data, writes it in your voice with sources it has checked, publishes it to WordPress or Strapi, and shows you what each post did. Here's every part, and what each one costs.
Sign in with Google, no card needed. The free plan includes a content audit and one free post once Search Console has synced and you've set your voice. Plans from $49/month.
The eight parts of Blog AI
- Search opportunitiesBlog AI reads your Search Console data every day and ranks what to write, refresh or fix by the extra clicks each change could bring. Free.
- Voice learningLearns how you write from your own posts (or a short description), and what your site is for, and uses both for every draft, so you edit rather than rewrite.
- Fact-checkingEvery post is researched and cites its sources. A separate checker reads each source, and an unsupported statistic can't be published until you resolve it.
- Publishing and schedulingSends finished posts to WordPress or Strapi with SEO fields, categories, tags and featured image, now or on a schedule. Free.
- Performance trackingA daily chart for every post, a before-and-after for every change, a site report in plain English and a weekly email. Free.
- Content refreshSection-by-section updates for posts that are slipping or too thin, or a full rewrite in your voice, fact-checked and approved by you. Also fixes weak search snippets and merges competing posts.
- Content auditEvery published post gets findings, a plain-English answer to why it isn't performing, and one recommended action. Export to CSV or PDF. Free.
- AI visibilityAsks the questions you want to be found for, every week, and records whether AI assistants mention you, cite you or cite someone else.
How they fit together
The features aren't a toolbox; they're one loop. Search opportunities and the content audit decide what's worth doing. Voice learning and fact-checking shape how it's written. Publishing gets it onto your site. Performance tracking shows what happened, and feeds the next round of opportunities: a post that slips becomes a refresh, a search you appear for without a post becomes an idea.
AI visibility sits alongside: it shows whether AI assistants use your content when people ask the questions you care about (Claude today; more assistants coming soon). See how it works for the whole path, step by step.
Also included
Images
Generate a featured image or inline images from the suggested prompts (1 credit each), or upload your own for free. Images are stored in your account, so their links don't expire, and go to your site's media library with alt text when you publish.
An editor that keeps your work safe
Autosave, a version history you can compare and restore, a warning if the post changed in another tab, and an SEO panel with a Google preview for desktop and mobile.
A content calendar
Scheduled, published and failed posts by month or week, with approved drafts waiting in a tray. Drag a post to reschedule it.
Imports
Your existing posts and pages come in from WordPress or Strapi, so the voice, internal links and audit start from what you've already written. Pages are read-only.
Several sites, one account
Each site has its own Google connection, voice profile, reports and audit. Plans cover more sites as you move up; see agencies if you run client blogs.
What each feature costs
Blog AI uses credits for AI work and charges nothing for the rest. Every button that spends credits says how many before you click, and a job that fails is never charged.
| Action | Credits |
|---|---|
| A batch of post ideas | 1 credit |
| A researched, fact-checked blog post | 3 credits |
| A generated image | 1 credit |
| A post refresh (rewrite of the parts that need it) | 2 credits |
| A full rewrite of a post in your site's voice | 3 credits |
| Merging overlapping posts into one | 3 credits |
| Better title & description in Google (when your search data shows it's needed) | Free |
| Publishing, scheduling, editing, uploads | Free |
Plans start from $49 a month and include monthly credits. Unused credits roll over. Need a few more? Top-ups start at 10 credits. See pricing.
What Blog AI doesn't do
- It doesn't publish on its own. You approve topics, review drafts and resolve fact-check flags.
- It doesn't track daily rankings, backlinks or page speed, or crawl your site for technical problems.
- It doesn't research keywords you've never appeared for, or analyse competitors' sites. It works from your own Search Console data.
- It doesn't post to social media or send newsletters.
- It doesn't have team seats, approval workflows or branded client reports yet.
- It doesn't make promises about rankings or traffic. It shows you what each change did.
The AI behind it
Built on the latest AI models, including Claude for writing and Jev (TypeSafe) for fact-checking. The writer and the fact-checker are different models, so one checks the other rather than marking its own work.
Questions
Which features are free?
The Actions list of opportunities, the content audit, performance tracking and the weekly email are free on every plan, including the free plan with no card. Publishing and scheduling are free too. Credits pay for the AI work: ideas, posts, refreshes, rewrites, merges and images. A better title and description in Google is free.
Is Blog AI an SEO suite?
No. It does one job: runs your blog from your own search data. There's no rank tracker, backlink tool, keyword volume database or technical site crawler. If you need those, use them alongside Blog AI.
Which blogging platforms does it work with?
WordPress and Strapi today. Shopify is being built (join the waiting list on the Shopify page). Other platforms are planned for later, with no dates yet.
Can my team share an account?
Not yet. An account belongs to one Google login; team seats, roles and approval workflows aren't built. Agencies can run up to their plan's number of client sites from one account.
